SERVICE DEPARTMENT
H & H Music has the largest and most complete instrumental service department in the tri-state. Our technicians are factory-authorized and have hundreds of years of combined experience.
H & H Music is the Certified Repair Center for S.E. Shires Custom Trumpets and Trombones in the Midwest. Our technicians have been trained at the S.E. Shires manufacturing facility in Holliston, MA.
We perform service from minor adjustments to complete and warrantied rebuilds on string, brass, woodwind, percussion, and fretted instruments.

The estimating process:
Our technicians will perform a detailed estimate on instruments needing repair. There is no charge for the estimate. The estimate will include recommendations concerning necessary repairs and recommended repairs that will improve the playability. As soon as the estimate is complete, we will contact the owner to explain the estimate. When the estimate is authorized we will add your instrument to the technician's schedule.
Loaner instruments:
We have a limited number of loaner instruments available to customers with instruments in our repair department for service. If you would like to request a loaner instrument, please complete the Loaner Request Form on the top menu of our website.
